At Laxmi Vitiligo, we intend to provide the best and most hygienic medicines. Due to this reason, we cannot get back returns and restock our inventory. It would not be ethical nor viable for us to provide our customers returns and refunds DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
We believe that we have provided full disclosure and transparency of all attributes relating to the products listed on our site. Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We also take a lot of time to carefully pack your order, making sure to make no mistakes reducing the possibility of dispatching a defective, incorrect, or damaged product. We do not accept requests for return and refund of orders unless the item you purchased is defective upon arrival. We do not accept defective or incorrect item return or refund requests 7(Seven) days after the delivery date. Please send us an email first with your order number, details of the product, images of the damaged or defective product, and your order invoice. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for a replacement. After confirmation, you will receive a replacement for the defective order.
No Refunds. Our terms and conditions of the refund policy and cancellation policy apply immediately after checkout. All sales are final, and Laxmi Vitiligo offers no money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
Unapproved returns will be returned to you at your own cost.
Lost & Damaged Goods
Your parcel is fully covered for lost or damaged goods. If you have received your order with damaged content, please email us some pictures to help@laxmivitiligo.com and we will ship the replacement for free. Similarly, if your parcel is lost in transit, we will ship a new parcel for free.
Customs Clearance, Duties & Taxes
Every order is subject to customs clearance. We attach all relevant documents (Regulatory & Commercial Invoices) for swift customs clearance. Usually, parcels are cleared within a few days for most countries. We have no control over the clearance delay. Some countries may impose duties/taxes which are payable by the customer. Any delay with customs clearance is not included in the shipping time mentioned in the shipping section of the website.
Refused & Abandoned Shipment
Suppose a customer refuses the package due to a change of mind, customs issues, refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related, or unrelated issues, we will not be able to provide any refund, replacement, or reshipment of the refused package that could end up abandoned or destroyed.
Orders are shipped to the address provided in the shipping address section of the website. The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete address. A $35 or equivalent reshipping fee will be applicable if your parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address or failure to collect from the post office - (If the order could not be delivered to you and was taken to the post office). You can change the shipping address if you decide to reship your returned parcel.
