Order Processing & Packaging
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are Business days. You will receive an email once your order is processed and shipped. Order processing time is excluded from the shipping time mentioned in the shipping section of the website.
Customs Clearance, Duties & Taxes
Every order is subject to customs clearance. We attach all relevant documents (Regulatory & Commercial Invoices) for swift customs clearance. Usually, parcels are cleared within a few days for most countries. We have no control over the clearance delay. Some countries may impose duties/taxes which are payable by the customer. Any delay with customs clearance is not included in the shipping time mentioned in the shipping section of the website.
Shipping, Tracking & Delivery
Since we are committed to providing the best shipping experience, we only work with reliable shipping providers to ensure proper delivery. Delivery will be attempted within 14 days of Order Processing. Domestic Delivery will be completed in approximately 10 days. International Delivery will be completed in approximately 15-30 days.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. You will most probably receive your order within the time mentioned in the shipping section of the website. Please track your order to find out the expected date of delivery. Please contact us at help@laxmivitiligo.com or track the shipment for any mishappenings if the expected delivery time has lapsed.
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep. Sometimes parcels are taken to the nearest post office if nobody is available at the address. If you fail to collect the parcel within the collection window, it will be returned to us. Do make sure to collect the parcel before it is returned to us since you may be charged a reshipment fee if the parcel has to be shipped to you again.
